About Me....
I've been walking this shamanic path for many life times now and it lights up my soul to share these ancient teaching with those who are drawn to work with me.

My search for new ways to support my clients, as well as working with the adversities and emotional difficulties in my own life has got me to this place in my practice and life. I live what I teach and integrate it into my spiritual way of being. I know it isn't easy to make these changes, to make the unconscious conscious, but I have supported so many people through this process that I know it is worth the effort. You are worth it.
My passion is supporting my clients to reconnect to their inner essence and light. Re-remembering who you truly are and connecting to your inner guidance and potential.
I feel humbled to meet with and walk along side my clients through their inner worlds. I learn so much from my clients and am continuously amazed by their inner strength and knowing. My clients are truly amazing!

Experience and Qualifications
Jayne is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a B.SC honors degree in Psychology, registered and accredited with BACP, with over 20 years experience in the field of therapy and healing.
Jayne has extensive training in relationship based attachment and trauma treatment and specializing in helping clients to understand the impact that trauma and stress has on the nervous system and brain functioning, and how to work with this to reset your bodies and process trauma on a deep level.

Jayne is a qualified and experienced shamanic practitioner, and uses this ancient knowledge to enable clients to make changes on all levels of their lives- emotionally, physically and energetically. It also complements and deepens the ways in which clients can assess their inner processes.
Jayne's shamanic experienced includes soul retrieval and release, Shamanic healing and extraction, shamanic counselling, psychopomping, working with soul contracts, past lives and ancestral work, land spirits and points of power. Jayne also provides shamanic alchemy training for those who feel their calling is to go deeper into the world of spirit.

Jayne is a Reiki master and uses transformational energy work for healing both in person and distance work.

Jayne is a qualified HeartMath practitioner. This element of her work relates to the latest research on the heart and neurophysiological approaches where clients will be guided to access their own heart intelligence and understand how their nervous system impacts their world view. It also provides a gateway to accessing your full potential on many levels.
​Jayne's experience is wide and varied and also include qualifications in working with sand tray, story and metaphor, imagery and active imagination and creative modalities.

Jayne has over 20 years experience in providing therapeutic provision for children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Including over 20 years providing consultancy, training and supervision in clinical settings, public and third sector organisations as well as running a county wide counselling and therapy company for many years.
